1、 User Notice


In order to promptly solve any problems encountered during the use of the product, please choose:


1. Service Consultation


On the premise of fully understanding the product manual, if you encounter any difficult problems, please contact our after-sales service department, and you will receive satisfactory service.


2. Product maintenance


When there is a malfunction during the use of the product, please contact our after-sales service department in a timely manner; Our company will promptly send personnel to the site for maintenance services. Please assist and supervise the service quality of our maintenance personnel. After the maintenance is completed, please sign and approve the service record form and provide valuable feedback.


2、 Maintenance costs


1. During the warranty period


For products and services within the warranty period, if equipment failure is caused by the design, manufacturing, or installation of the product itself, our company will waive maintenance fees; If the product is damaged by human factors or force majeure (such as natural disasters), repair and material costs will be charged.


2. Outside the warranty period


Products that exceed the warranty period will be charged for labor, maintenance, and material costs.


3. Our company will provide free technical services and support for any of your needs.
